Knapstrupper and Appaloosa stallions look very similar as they both have spotted coats. However the two breeds developed independently. The Knapstrupper breed comes from Denmark while Appaloosas originated in the USA. Knapstruppers are not only popular because of their coat pattern but are also talented dressage horses. The Schleich® figurines are all modelled in finest detail and encourage children to play and learn at the same time.
