Refund policy

Dear Customer

We thank you for your support, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us regarding any exchanges or returns and we will gladly assist.

Please always remember to include your order number, as well as the product description and the reason for your exchange or return. 

We have a 7 Day return policy. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you an exchange or refund once 7 days has passed since you have received your purchase (minus postage costs and transaction fees).

You then have 5 days, from the date of return request was received to return the item (s). Please note that the product must still be in its original condition that you received it. This means that the item (s) is still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item is brought to our attention 7 days after delivery, it will not be refunded or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will request your banking details and the refund will be processed. We will send through proof of payment

Kleine Muis will not be held liable for any lost items that are being returned. We would recommend that you make use of registered mail or a courier company for tracking purposes. You as the customer will be responsibility for the payment of the delivery/postage for the returns of an item (s). Kleine Muis will only offer free returns if the item (s) you have received are faulty. (The delivery charge of the return of a faulty item (s) will only be refunded once the item has been received and checked by us).

We do not refund or exchange sale items and gift vouchers.
