Shipping policy

Kleine Muis delivers nationwide. We have the following delivery options available for you to choose from:

Option 1: R60.00 Delivery (Pudo Locker).

A Delivery Fee of R60.00 will be charged. When you select this option, your package will be delivered to your nearest Pudo locker. As soon as your package is ready to be collected at the Pudo Locker, you will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for the pickup.

PLEASE NOTE: If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest Pudo Kiosk or Depot.

Option 2: R100 Delivery (The Courier Guy).

A Delivery Fee of R100.00 will be charged. We normally make use the courier company "The Courier Guy". When you place an order through Kleine Muis you will be asked for a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours. Your package will be sent directly to the address provided.

Option 3: Free Delivery for all orders over R1400

Free shipping for orders over R1400.00 on selected products throughout South Africa.

 

Delivery Time:
Kleine Muis operates from Brackenfell, Cape Town, South Africa. This means, that the closer you are to us the faster you are likely to receive your package. Almost all of our stock is on hand and will be dispatched directly from us, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

We will always try our best to dispatch your package on the same day that your order was received, if not your package will be dispatched the next day.

All orders placed over the weekend will only be dispatched on the Monday.

Orders can take anything from 1-3 business days depending on where you stay and the size of your package. Sometimes things happen that we can’t control things like floods, earthquakes, strikes and human beings, but we will always try our best and will help where we can. So worst-case scenario you should get your goodies within 5 working days maximum (except for remote areas) and best case is next day delivery.
